Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a Virtual Relationship Manager in Mumbai. The role focuses on managing a customer portfolio through regular virtual calls, understanding banking needs, and recommending Kotak products to enhance savings, investments, insurance, and digital banking adoption.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience, strong communication skills, and banking exposure. Training will be provided, with performance-based incentives and an on-roll position.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate can apply; no fresher allowed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience is mandatory.
• On-roll banking process exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

Salary:- 4.50 LPA (Plus upto 35K incentives monthly)

Responsibilities :-

• 1.Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular virtual interaction on calls.
• 2.Understand customer banking needs and recommend suitable Kotak products such as savings accounts, investments, insurance, loans, and digital solutions.
• 3.Ensure high standards of customer service, relationship deepening, and cross-selling.
• 4.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining compliance and quality parameters.
• 5.Provide quick resolution to customer queries and ensure seamless digital banking experience.
• 6.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.

Requirement :-

Salary & Benefits :-

• Salary: 4,50,000 CTC depends on interview (Plus upto35k incentives monthly)
• 6 week offs in a month (4 Sundays & 2 Saturdays)
