Job summary

TechUp Labs in Surat is seeking a creative Videographer to plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos that showcase our products, culture, and client success stories. • 1–3 years of videography/production experience (Freshers with portfolio welcome).
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
• Strong camera operation, lighting and audio recording skills.
• Creative storytelling and visual composition abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product promotions, social media, events, and internal communications.
• Capture professional footage of products, employees, client interactions, and company events.
• Edit videos with transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, music, and sound effects.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on concepts and storyboards.
• Ensure content aligns with branding and visual identity.
• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, microphones, and gear.
• Create short-form and long-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other channels.
• Manage video assets and project files efficiently.
• Stay updated on production techniques and social media formats.

About the Job:

As a Videographer, you will be responsible for planning, capturing, and producing high-quality video content that showcases our products, company culture, client success stories, and marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, HR, and design teams to create engaging visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, recruitment, and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical aspects of videography and wants to contribute to a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product promotions, social media, events, and internal communications.
• Capture professional footage of products, employees, client interactions, and company events.
• Edit videos by adding transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, music, sound effects, and visual enhancements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the company's branding and visual identity.
• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and other production gear.
• Create short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Manage video assets, organize raw footage, and maintain project files efficiently.
• Stay updated with current video production techniques, editing trends, and social media content formats.
• Support live event coverage, product launches, recruitment campaigns, and promotional activities whenever required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in videography, video production, content creation, or multimedia production (Freshers with an impressive portfolio may also apply).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting techniques, framing, and audio recording.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English for effective communication.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Must own a two-wheeler for local travel within Surat for shoots, events, and client visits if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Experience working in a startup, creative agency, or technology company.
• Photography skills will be considered an added advantage.
