Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our dynamic team as a Video Production, Post-Production & DI Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in end‑to‑end video production workflows, color grading, digital intermediate (DI), and post‑production processes for films and cinematic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

• Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and creative teams to execute high‑quality shoots.
• Manage camera setups, lighting, and sound to ensure professional output.

Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished final cuts using industry‑standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Add visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure smooth workflow from offline to online editing.

Digital Intermediate (DI)

• Perform advanced color correction and grading to achieve cinematic looks.
• Work closely with directors and DOPs to maintain creative vision.
• Handle conforming, mastering, and delivery of final outputs for theatrical and digital platforms.

Collaboration & Quality Control

• Coordinate with production and creative teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain technical standards and ensure consistency across projects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during production and post‑production stages.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / diploma in Film Production, Media, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in video production and post‑production (film industry preferred).
• Strong proficiency in editing and DI tools (Adobe Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Avid, etc.).
