Job summary

Future Mercury in Panaji, Goa is seeking a creative Video Editor/ Motion Graphics Designer to transform raw footage into scroll-stopping content. You will craft edits, motion graphics, and visuals while maintaining brand language and storytelling cadence.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience (freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome) and proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics (Freshers with a strong portfolio may apply)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Basic knowledge of sound design and audio syncing
• Strong storytelling instincts and a good eye for composition, timing, and colour
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Bonus: 2D animation, typography, or stop-motion content

Responsibilities

• Edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create motion graphics, animated elements, reels, intros/outs, and visual effects
• Collaborate with the design, content, and strategy teams to understand project requirements and messaging
• Transform raw footage into polished final videos with compelling edits, sound, and motion graphics
• Maintain consistent branding and visual language across content
• Stay updated with current editing trends, transitions, and motion design styles
• Organise and manage media assets, project files, and backups
