Job summary

Moneylicious in Mumbai is seeking an enthusiastic video editing intern to transform raw footage into polished content for social media, YouTube, and ads. You will add captions, graphics, transitions and sound design while maintaining brand consistency.

You will work with the content team to understand briefs, meet tight deadlines, and repurpose longer videos into short-form clips suitable for multiple platforms. A portfolio is preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree; relevant fields preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in video editing tools listed; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and detail.

• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips/reels for different platforms.
• Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content.
• Stay updated on video trends, formats, and editing techniques relevant to finance/edtech content.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline (Film, Design, or Mass Media preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• A good eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple edits and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in finance, markets, or edtech content is a plus.
• A portfolio or reel of past editing work is preferred.
