Marketing Mojito is looking for a Video Editor Intern who lives on their "For You" page. We don't want you to just cut footage; we want you to understand culture. This is a 3-month audition for a full-time role. If you can take raw footage and turn it into a retention-hacking masterpiece, you'll fit right in.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Edit for Attention: Cut dynamic Reels/Shorts for clients using fast pacing, trending audio, and visual hooks.
• Learn the "Agency" Polish: Move from amateur cuts to professional timelines. Master file management, proxies, and color grading.
• Motion & Text: Add kinetic typography and subtitles that keep people watching (we'll teach you the advanced stuff, but bring your basics).
• Speed vs. Quality: Learn when to use Adobe Premiere Pro for heavy lifting and when to use Cap Cut for speed.
• AI workflows: Use AI tools to auto-caption and clean audio so you can focus on the creative cut.

You Are

• Tool Ready: You know your way around Premiere Pro. You aren't Googling "how to cut a clip."
• A Storyteller: You understand that a video needs a beginning, middle, and end (even if it’s only 15 seconds long).
• Hungry for the PPO: You treat every edit like it’s for your own portfolio. You want to learn, improve, and get hired.
• Bonus: You have your own content channel (YouTube/Insta) or know basic After Effects.
