The role requires 1+ year of editing experience, on-site work, and a focus on Real Estate and Retail assets, including automotive segments. Collaboration with marketing and design teams is essential for success.

• Adapt content to different aspect ratios and platform requirements.

Role objective:

Produce compelling video and multimedia content for social media, brand communication, product demonstrations, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.
• Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Create reels, product explainers, promotional videos, interviews, and campaign assets.
• Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and music.
• Adapt content to different aspect ratios and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams.
• Use AI for scripting, transcription, subtitles, rough cuts, voice processing, and production assistance.

Required skills

• Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Audio cleanup, colour correction, subtitles, export settings.
• Vertical video, reels, short-form hooks, retention.
• Ability to create or coordinate basic production assets.
• Practical knowledge of AI video, audio, captioning, and content tools.

Preferred: Motion graphics, After Effects, product demos, real estate walkthroughs, automotive videos, on-location shooting.

Assessment:

Edit a supplied raw clip into a short-form video and explain which AI tools were used and how the final output was quality-checked.

Common requirements:
