Job summary

Ageancy Media is seeking a creative video editor to produce social media reels, YouTube long-form videos, and YouTube Shorts. You will edit raw footage, follow current trends, and collaborate with directors, designers, and copywriters to meet deadlines.

Requirements include 1–2 years of editing experience, strong CapCut/Premiere Pro skills, basic color grading, and good English. On-site work is required at Akurdi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, India.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of video editing experience.
• Proficiency in CapCut and/or Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Innovative, trend-aware editing with good timing and pacing.
• Basic color grading and motion graphics knowledge.
• Good working English.

The Role

We need a creative video editor for social media reels, YouTube long-form videos, and YouTube Shorts. You'll edit raw footage into engaging content, follow current trends, and work with our creative directors, designers, and copywriters to deliver on deadline.

• Edit reels, YouTube long videos, and Shorts
• Trim, sequence, add transitions, effects, and sync audio
• Do basic color correction and add titles and simple motion graphics
• Apply the latest editing trends and CapCut features
• Incorporate feedback and keep visuals consistent across brands
