Job summary

Vibehunt Media is seeking a creative Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging content for social media, ads, and digital platforms. You will craft videos with smooth cuts, transitions, music, and subtitles while aligning with each client’s brand message.

The role requires a strong sense of timing, color, and storytelling, with collaboration across content, social media, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality outputs on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of video editing and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
• Understanding of video pacing, transitions, audio synchronization, subtitles, and music selection.

Responsibilities

• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media posts, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Turn raw footage into engaging videos with smooth cuts, transitions, suitable music, sound effects, and subtitles.
• Develop creative editing styles that match each client’s brand and target audience.
• Add text, titles, motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements wherever required.
• Perform basic to advanced color correction and color grading to maintain video quality and consistency.
• Understand project briefs and work closely with the content, social media, and marketing teams.
• Suggest creative ideas, editing styles, hooks, and visual storytelling techniques to make videos more engaging.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, transitions, and editing techniques.
• Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and make revisions based on feedback.
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports properly.
• Maintain high-quality output while ensuring consistency across different client projects.
