Job summary

You will translate health & wellness topics into compelling visuals and collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to deliver strong stories across platforms. You will handle shooting and editing, develop motion graphics and basic animations using After Effects and Blender, and adapt content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,

We are looking for a Junior Video Creator with 4–7 years of experience in video content

creation, preferably from the Health & Wellness, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, or D2C

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, content

creation, and short-form video formats. The candidate will be responsible for developing

engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, product communication, and

other brand requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging video content for social media,digital campaigns, ads, reels, and other brand communication.
• Develop strong visual storytelling concepts based on product briefs, campaign objectives, and consumer insights.
• Translate health and wellness topics into simple, engaging, and visually appealing content.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Content, and Design teams to develop video concepts and campaigns.
• Create short-form content suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Work on product videos, educational content, promotional videos, lifestyle content,motion graphics, and campaign creatives.
• Handle video editing, transitions, typography, sound, music, effects, colour correction, and basic animation.
• Create and work with 3D assets and animations using Blender.
• Develop motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Support creative requirements using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Adapt video creatives into different formats and dimensions based on platform

Requirements.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Stay updated with current video trends, editing styles, storytelling formats, and social media content trends.

Required Skills & Experience

4–7 years of professional experience in video creation, video editing, or a similar

creative role.

Experience in Health & Wellness, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, Pharma, D2C, or a

related industry will be preferred.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content creation.

Hands‑on experience with:

o Adobe Illustrator

Good understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, typography, and

visual effects.

Ability to understand a brief and independently develop a video concept from idea to

final output.

Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, music, and storytelling.

Good understanding of short‑form video content and social media formats.

Ability to work within timelines and handle multiple creative requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience creating content for D2C brands.
• Experience working on health, wellness, nutraceutical, or healthcare communication.
• Experience creating product videos, educational videos, performance marketing creatives, and social media reels.
• Experience with 3D product visualisation, modelling, or animation in Blender.
• Experience working with AI-based creative/video tools will be an added advantage.
