Vice President – Reference Data Operations

Role and Responsibilities :

As a Vice President you will be :

– Leading and manage operations of over 50 FTEs with multiple extended teams spread across time zones .

– Successful lead delivery of timely, consistent and accurate Reference Data for all assets classes in Investment banking.

– Strategies, plan and drive actions to enhance the product from coverage, depth and quality perspective. Participate in decisions around Product development/enhancement and Business development

– Take ownership of local and global projects and change management.

– Identify demand for technology, delivery of process improvements, deliver substantial cost efficiency resource and financial targets through standardization and centralization of processes .

– Lead Transition/migration end to end, client management and servicing .

Qualifications :

You will need to have :

– A Bachelor’s or Master degree in Finance / economics /quantitative study

– Over 12 years of working experience in Reference Data management and corporate actions for all assets classes .

– Working knowledge of reference data management in fixed income is a value add.

– Knowledge and experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations as well as excellent technical, problem solving and communication skills

– Experience in structuring and scoping complex problems. Ability to find or develop practical and simple solutions to complex problems with improvement on quality and core functionality

– An experience in leading large team in the past
