Beyond Border Consultants is seeking a senior Merchant Banking professional to lead end-to-end execution of debt syndication, private placements, and M&A advisory for mid-market to large enterprises in India and emerging markets.

You will originate and structure capital solutions, manage relationships with institutional investors and sovereign funds, and oversee due diligence and closing logistics for high-value cross-border transactions.

Qualifications

• Must-Have skills for the role include Financial Modelling, Debt Syndication, Private Equity, M&A Advisory, and Term Sheet Negotiation.
• Structuring hybrid instruments and investor relations are essential for closing complex deals.
• Deal due diligence and cross-border transaction experience are highly prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of merchant banking mandates: debt syndication, direct lending, private placements, and M&A advisory for mid-market to large enterprises.
• Originate and structure capital solutions—including hybrid instruments, securitizations, and mezzanine financing—for strategic client segments.
• Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign funds, and private equity players across APAC and EMEA.
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling, term sheet negotiation, and closing logistics for cross-border transactions.
• Mentor junior bankers and drive deal team productivity through rigorous deal discipline and client management.

• Mentor junior bankers and drive deal team productivity through rigorous deal discipline, client management, and execution excellence.
• Track macro-financial trends, sector dynamics, and regulatory shifts to advise clients on optimal capital allocation and timing.
