Job summary

Starchase Executive Search is seeking a VP (Investments) in Mumbai to lead deal origination, evaluation, and market research across healthcare, food, consumer, climate and technology. The role reports to the Managing Partner and demands a strong PE/VC track record.

The candidate will oversee preparation of investment memos, term sheets, and shareholder agreements while coordinating with senior stakeholders. MBA/PGDM from top-tier institutes preferred.

• Good investment track record in PE/VC
• 5-15 years of relevant working experience in venture capital/private equity investments at leading funds
• Team player with strong networking skills
• High degree of attention to detail and ability to handle ambiguity
