Role Overview

The VP – HR will be responsible for leading the company’s human capital initiatives globally.
The role will partner with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure business goals are supported by effective HR practices, strong employee relations, and a high-performance culture.
The incumbent will also collaborate with global teams to align HR policies and will lead all social audits and leadership coaching initiatives across operations.
They will also manage the Industrial Relations and the Administration and Security functions in India.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support growth, culture, and employee engagement.

  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, learning & development, performance management, and succession planning.

  • Drive leadership coaching initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline across locations.

  • Oversee the formulation and management of global HR budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and alignment with organizational goals across all regions.

  • Plan, execute, and continuously refine annual performance appraisal processes, guaranteeing fairness, transparency, and meritocracy in all assessment cycles.

  • Design and administer annual increment programs, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices that motivate and reward high performance throughout Fulflex’s global operations.



Industrial Relations & Compliance


  • Build and maintain relationships with trade unions, worker committees, and government authorities.

  • Lead negotiations, dispute resolution, and collective bargaining while ensuring full compliance with labour laws.

  • Oversee governance and ensure statutory compliance across operations.



Culture & Employee Experience


  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.

  • Lead internal communication and change management initiatives.

  • Foster a workplace aligned with organizational values and high-performance culture.



Operations, Governance & Social Audits


  • Oversee HR operations, systems, policies, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety standards, and audit requirements.

  • Lead and coordinate all social audits, ensuring adherence to global standards and ethical sourcing practices.



Global Collaboration


  • Work closely with global teams to align HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

  • Support cross-border projects, benchmarking, and knowledge sharing.

  • Ensure local HR practices reflect global organizational values and strategies.



Qualifications & Experience


  • Post Graduation degree in Human Resources and 20+ years of experience in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry.

  • Proven experience handling labour relations, negotiations, compliance, and employee engagement.

  • Experience working with global teams and multinational compliance frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and social audit processes.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to lead organizational change and partner with senior leadership.

  • Experience in leadership coaching initiatives is highly desirable.
