We are looking for an experienced Event Manager / Venue Program Delivery professional to manage and execute adventure-based programs at assigned venues. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end event coordination, on-ground execution, team management, and ensuring smooth delivery of adventure programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute adventure and event programs at venues
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth operations
• Manage on-ground staff and ensure safety and quality standards
• Handle scheduling, logistics, and event execution
• Ensure timely setup, delivery, and closure of programs
• Maintain records and report daily program status
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently
