About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Associate Intern to support our vendor management and procurement operations.This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in supplier/vendor onboarding, coordination, contract tracking, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in onboarding new vendors, including documentation and compliance checks
• Maintain and update vendor databases and records
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Support the procurement team in purchase order creation and tracking
• Monitor vendor performance and report any issues or delays
• Help in resolving invoice discrepancies and payment follow-ups
• Conduct market research to identify potential vendors
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement procedures
