Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all engineering services including civil, mechanical, and electrical support functions across the plant.
• Oversee long-term and short-term maintenance planning to ensure reliability, efficiency, and minimal downtime.
• Drive project planning and execution for plant upgrades, modifications, and expansions in alignment with operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal engineering protocols across all technical activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant operations through timely engineering interventions and solutions.
• Implement best practices in asset management, preventive maintenance, and condition monitoring.
• Support audits, inspections, and documentation related to engineering and planning functions.
• Promote a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Qualification & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in engineering services and maintenance planning within thermal power plant operations.
• BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of plant engineering systems, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and instrumentation domains.
• Proven expertise in maintenance planning, project execution, and resource optimization.
• Effective leadership and coordination skills to manage cross-functional engineering teams.
