Job summary

Toprankers Edtech Solutions Private Limited is seeking a passionate VARC Faculty to join our academic team in Mumbai. The role involves teaching and mentoring CLAT and IPMAT aspirants in Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension for our Mumbai centers (Andheri and surrounding areas).

The position requires delivering engaging classroom sessions, mentoring students, updating content and assessments, and traveling across Thane and Navi Mumbai centers to conduct sessions as a mandatory part of the

Qualifications

• Strong command over English language, reading comprehension, vocabulary and grammar.
• Prior teaching experience in CLAT, IPMAT, CAT or similar aptitude exams is highly desirable.
• Excellent classroom communication and mentoring skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Mumbai locations, including Thane and Navi Mumbai.

• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and strategy workshops to enhance student exam readiness.
• Collaborate with academic teams to innovate and improve pedagogy.
• Travel across Thane and Navi Mumbai centers to conduct sessions (mandatory part of the role).

Requirements

• Strong command over English Language, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Grammar.
• Prior teaching experience in CLAT, IPMAT, CAT, or other aptitude exams is highly desirable.
