Job summary

Crowe Capability Center – India is seeking a Valuation Services Senior Consultant to support comprehensive valuation services. The role involves building financial models, applying multiple valuation methods, and delivering clear client-facing reports.

You will participate in cross-functional teams, collaborate with Crowe practices, and help provide integrated solutions across engagements while maintaining data controls and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models and valuation analyses using DCF, market multiples, and precedents.
• Prepare valuation reports and client presentations with findings and recommendations.
• Articulate deal issues and valuation approaches clearly for reports.
• Translate client data for Crowe’s models and tools.
• Maintain data controls and inform project managers of data gaps.
• Support client meetings and explain methodologies.
• Support multiple projects and multi-task between engagements.
• Review third-party appraisals for audit support.
• Collaborate with team members and other Crowe practices.
• Work with other practices to deliver integrated solutions.
• Maintain valuation models and internal processes.

Crowe is looking to hire Valuation Services Senior Consultant - Commercial Valuation to support valuation services.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities for a Valuation Services Senior Consultant:

• Prepare financial models and detailed valuation analyses, and review consultant prepared models, using various methodologies, including discounted cash flow, market multiples, and precedent transactions in a variety of industries for financial reporting (ASC 350 / 360 / 805), tax, and consulting valuation client needs.
• Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and presentations that clearly communicate results, findings, and/or recommendations to clients, and review consultant prepared client deliverables.
• Must be able to articulate and document deal issues, valuation approaches, and accounting issues clearly, with a concise writing style for the preparation of reports and internal project team communications.
• Translate client data for application and use in Crowe’s models and analysis tools.
• Assist in maintaining control over the data, including gaps in data received, and keeping project manager informed of data collection issues that could hinder timely delivery.
• Assist in client meetings and presentations, providing support in explaining valuation methodologies and/or findings.
• Support multiple valuation projects with the ability to multi-task between several projects independently.
• Prepare reviews of third-party appraisals for audit support purposes.
• Focused team player to deliver on client engagements and collaborate with other team members and Crowe practices to build cross-functional relationships.
• Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to deliver integrated solutions to clients, leveraging cross-functional expertise for comprehensive service delivery.
• Provide support in updating and maintaining valuation models utilized and internal processes
