Boschgroup in Bengaluru seeks a mechanical/mechatronics engineer for product validation and reliability work. The role involves designing validation plans, supporting series activities, and localizing components, with strong customer-facing responsibilities during project development.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Mechatronics, with 2+ years in validation; a Master's is desirable. The position requires collaboration in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide Design validation plan as per customer and product design requirements, based on set guidelines.
• Ensure validation completion and timely closure of validation plans in consultation with PoR experts.
• Provide process validation plan for series activities (Relocations/ECRs) and localization of child parts.
• Align and execute customer validation plan and ensure its completion; participate in sample investigations at customer/field premises during project development.
• Work flexibly in teams with high customer/project orientation to achieve results.

Purpose of this position is to prove BU specific product reliability & to establish its life according to set standards.

2+ years of experience in Product validation and reliability

Product Validation: Provide Design validation plan as per customer, product design requirements, based on set guidelines. Ensure validation completion and timely closure of validation plans in consultation with PoR experts

Series support: Provide process validation plan w.r.t. product for series activities (Relocations/ECRs) and localization of child parts. Ensure its successful completion. Support smart testing methods for cost and time effectiveness

Customer support: Align & execute customer validation plan and ensure its completion. Participate sample investigation at customer's/field premises in project development phase

Nature of work calls for the candidate to be flexible and agile, with high customer/project orientation. Candidate should be able to work in teams to achieve the results.
