EW INSPECTION is seeking a TPI specialist for site work in Madhya Pradesh, Bina refinery. BTech candidates with 3 years of experience or Diploma with 5 years are eligible; refinery exposure is mandatory.

You will review ITPs, perform stage-wise inspections at vendor sites, witness NDT (UT, RT, MT, PT) and related tests, review MTC/WPS/PQR, and ensure conformance to ASME/API/ISO refinery standards. Accommodation and local transport provided.

Qualifications

• BTECH candidates with 3 years of experience; Diploma with 5 years of experience.
• Refinery experience is mandatory.
• Educational qualifications include BTECH or Diploma in relevant fields.

Responsabilités

• Review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Quality Plans, and Procedures.
• Carry out stage-wise inspections at vendor premises / project site.
• Perform inspection of equipment, piping, structural works, and materials as per codes & client specifications.
• Witness and verify NDT (UT, RT, MT, PT), hydrotest, functional tests, and calibration of equipment.
• Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTC), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), PQR, and Welder Qualifications.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, and refinery standards.
• Identify and report non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare and submit unbiased inspection reports to the client.
• Coordinate with client, contractor, and vendor to resolve inspection issues.
• Ensure safety compliance during inspection activities.
