Job summary

IIFL Finance Ltd invites applications for a Gold Appraiser at Jaipur, responsible for assessing gold quality, guiding customers through the loan process and ensuring secure handling of gold assets.

You will attend walk-ins, perform valuations, manage cash during disbursals, maintain LOS entries and KYC documentation, with incentives on top of the CTC.

Qualifications

• Experience in gold valuation and gold loan processes.
• Ability to handle cash and interact professionally with customers.
• Proficiency in maintaining KYC documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers, addressing queries about the gold loan process and schemes.
• Conduct gold valuations and identify gold purity accurately.
• Pack and store gold and gold packets after loan disbursal; return ornaments after loan closure.
• Manage cash (system and physical) during loan disbursals, interest collection, and loan closures.
• Create new CUID in the system and modifications in LOS during disbursal, part release/payments, and loan closure.
• Maintain branch registers as per guidelines – key, cash, packet movements, staff and customer visits.
• Ensure proper collection and storage of customer KYC documents.
• Follow up with customers for timely collection of interest and principal payments.
• Provide good customer service at every step of pledging, releasing, or making interest payments.

Primary Responsibilities
