Qualifications

• Minimum 60% in 10th, 12th and UG (Any Two).
• Good knowledge of medical coding systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, auditing concepts and principles.

Responsibilities

• Process and review pharmacy/healthcare insurance claims as per client guidelines.
• Verify patient, prescription, medication, and claim details for accuracy.
• Check claims for eligibility, coverage, billing, and documentation requirements.
• Identify claim discrepancies, errors, and missing information.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while processing claims.
