TheWebVale is seeking a UX Researcher to lead discovery research and usability evaluations for client software solutions. You will interview patients, teachers, students, and business operators to understand their daily challenges and how prototypes perform in real use.

You will collaborate with product designers, developers, and clients during two-to-three week sprint cycles, turning qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights that guide design and engineering decisions.

As a UX Researcher at TheWebVale, you will lead discovery research and usability evaluations for our client software solutions. You will interview patients, teachers, students, and business operators to understand their daily challenges and evaluate product prototypes.You will collaborate with product designers, developers, and clients throughout our two-to-three week sprint cycles.
