Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in UX-intensive or design-driven platform products, with at least 3 years focused on Product Management
• Strong foundation in UX principles including user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability heuristics applied from a product strategy perspective rather than hands-on pixel work
• Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user research including user interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, and journey mapping to inform product decisions and roadmap priorities
• Experience defining and governing design systems, component libraries, and UX standards across multiple product surfaces to ensure visual and interaction consistency
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, including the ability to create low-fidelity wireframes and review high-fidelity prototypes to communicate product intent and validate concepts with stakeholders
• Deep understanding of dashboard design, data visualization best practices, and complex information display patterns for data-rich enterprise applications
• Product strategy and road mapping at multi-squad scale, with experience balancing UX debt, feature demand, and platform scalability
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles for enterprise-grade applications
• Strong stakeholder alignment and communication skills; ability to translate user experience insights into value-driven prioritization narratives for technical and business audiences
• Familiarity with front-end technology stacks (React, Angular, or similar) sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on feasibility, performance, and implementation trade-offs
• Experience with analytics and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, feature flagging, adoption funnels) to measure UX impact and drive data-informed iteration
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and LucidChart
• Storytelling abilities for effectively communicating the value of experience-led product decisions across the enterprise
• A doer who can sketch wireframes on a whiteboard, build clickable Figma prototypes to test hypotheses, create detailed product artifacts, and organize cross-functional design review
• A collaborative team player who bridges the gap between design, engineering, and data teamsdriving alignment on experience standards without direct authority.
