We are seeking an experienced UX Designer – Level 3 to independently drive complex design initiatives, contribute to strategic problem-solving, and influence design excellence within the organization. This role requires strong ownership, user‑centered thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and mentorship capabilities within an enterprise environment. The candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful design solutions aligned with business goals, user insights, and revenue models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of UX/UI design experience in enterprise environments

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Lead Experience Designer, you must have several years of experience in design, expert and generalist skills, and some experience leading cross‑disciplinary teams on multiple, wide‑ranging, and complex design programs or products.
- Lead creation of core design system and expansion pack components and specs.
- Update and maintain the design system library which includes components, patterns, principles & guidelines.
- Conduct Office Hours & Workshop to bolster adoption of VDS.
- Facilitating creative concepting, divergent and convergent group work.
- Playing a role in evolving the design system by facilitating discussions around proposed updates and tradeoffs and participating in feedback opportunities.
- Upholding and maintaining attention to detail for your own work and project team.
- Identify opportunities to gather user insights.
- Communicating proposed solutions to stakeholders in business terms.
- Projecting confidence that compels people to follow and inspire the best from a team.
- Persuasively presenting overall design solutions and rationale to business partners and key stakeholders.
- Advocating for VDS and recommending approaches that allow designers to do work aligned with design goals and interests.
- Closely collaborate with the VDS Product, Content & Engineering team.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies.
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of work experience, with a minimum of 2‑3 years working in a design systems team.
- Experience with Agile software delivery environments.
- Expert proficiency with common design software (Figma, Adobe, etc.).
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and build consensus.
- Foundational knowledge of UI standards for common platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
