ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a UX Designer with 4–7 years of experience to design intuitive, user-centric

experiences across web, mobile, and automation platforms. The role involves working closely with

Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive UX from research and ideation through to design and

implementation, with a strong portfolio of impactful design solutions expected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead UX design initiatives across web, mobile, and automation platforms, ensuring a seamless and
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define user journeys and product flows
• Translate business goals and technical requirements into design solutions that balance user needs with
• company objectives
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design systems to communicate interaction patterns and visual
• hierarchy
• Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring consistency and design excellence across projects
• Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and usability standards are
• maintained post-launch
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the UX design process to drive innovation and efficiency

KEY SKILLS / WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4–7 years of hands-on UX design experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-driven product environments
• Proven experience designing for web-based platforms, automation tools, and mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility principles, and responsive design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead projects end-to-end, from research and ideation to execution and delivery
• A strong, well-structured portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and impactful design outcomes
