Job summary

Quality HR India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Utility Operator for a chemical plant near Ankleshwar (Jhagadia area). The role involves operating and maintaining boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, RO/DM plants, nitrogen plant, and thermic fluid heaters.

Requires 2–5 years of experience, ITI - RFM, and a strong focus on safety and compliance with IBR and GPCB standards. You will monitor utility consumption and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• ITI - RFM required
• 2–5 years experience in chemical utilities
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, pumps, and safety

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain utilities: boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, RO/DM plants, nitrogen, and thermic fluid heaters.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth utility operations.
• Monitor daily utility consumption (power, steam, water, cooling) and support energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements (IBR, GPCB) and plant SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors for service, AMC and equipment troubleshooting.
• Maintain logbooks, reports, and equipment maintenance records.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, pumps, refrigeration systems, water treatment, and industrial safety
