The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in commissioning, safety procedures, and ISO compliance, aiming to enhance maintenance practices and ensure operational efficiency. This role involves monitoring equipment conditions and working towards specified maintenance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Transformers and HT/LT motors commissioning and testing.
• Understanding of plant earth pit system and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of HVAC systems and electrical schematic review.
• Monitor plant lighting systems and condition of substation equipment.
• Achieve targeted maintenance KPIs and monitor equipment health.

Job - Utility MaintenanceRole & Responsibilities

• Commissioning and testing experience of Transformers and HT/LT motors.
• Knowledge on UPS/DC charger system.
• Equipment and Plant structure/Buildings earth pit system. 33KV, 6.6KV Board, VCB and ACB maintenance.
• HVAC systems maintenance.
• Electrical schematic drawings review.
• Switch board ACO logic checking.
• Plant lighting system maintenance.
• Substation equipment condition monitoring.
• Knowledge on Batteries of UPS and DC chargers.
• Knowledge on protection relays.
• Well versed with safety procedures related to work permit system and LOTO procedure to ensure all jobs get executed safely.
• Ensure adherence to preventive, predictive, and condition-based monitoring schedules of all equipment.
• Background in implementation/documentation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS and experience of facing IMS audits.
• Objective to achieve industry good maintenance practices and WCM standards.
• Awareness of statutory compliances related to electrical equipment.
• Should work in line to achieve targeted maintenance KPIs.
• Equipment healthiness monitoring and reporting.
