Job summary

Nians is seeking a creative UI Designer to join our remote team. You will craft visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile apps, collaborating with UX designers, developers, and project managers to deliver engaging products.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of UI design experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch, with a solid understanding of responsive layouts and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern UI design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Good understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design modern, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
• Collaborate with UX designers to transform user flows and research insights into engaging interfaces.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and branding across all digital products.
