Job summary

Sharp Brains in Karnataka seeks an experienced UI Designer to craft intuitive web and app interfaces, create wireframes and high-fidelity designs, and contribute to design systems.

You will collaborate with analysts, architects, and developers, ensure responsive layouts, apply accessibility standards, and help translate complex requirements into simple user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise web and mobile interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.
