Job summary

Sharp Brains is seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to craft intuitive interfaces for web and mobile apps. You will translate complex business needs into elegant designs and maintain design systems and components.

You will create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with analysts, architects, developers, and project managers, and ensure accessibility and responsive behavior across devices. Experience with enterprise projects is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.
• Experience with design systems such as Material Design.
• Basic understanding of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks.
• Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback.
• Relevant UI/UX or design certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.
