XFlow is building cross-border payments infrastructure that provides businesses access to global markets, starting with those in India and subsequently other parts of South & South East Asia. Building payments infrastructure is challenging, especially for cross-border payments. The complexity arises from varying regulatory requirements across countries, building payment guarantees on existing rails or creating new ones, and capturing value in a way that is net beneficial to our users. You will:

• Partner with sales as the technical and payments domain expert, including contributing to RFI/RFP responses.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand user’s business priorities, challenges, and prescribe solutions.
• Assess the competitive landscape and existing architecture to position XFlow effectively.
• Build relationships with key decision makers, business owners, and founders rapidly.
• Demonstrate XFlow’s solutions to showcase business value and differentiators.
• Own the end-to-end user-facing integration.
• Answer product features and technical questions from customers.
• Differentiate XFlow’s products and services, providing user references to highlight value.
• Provide feedback to product management for product improvements.
• Share best practices and assets with team members to improve quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on market differentiation and competitive analysis.
• Support marketing events like briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

You have:

• 1-3 years post-college experience in technical/business consulting, software engineering, or sales/pre-sales. SDLC experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Go, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++, and experience with APIs.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering compelling presentations and product demos virtually and in person.
• A curious, self-starting attitude, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
