Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Form 1040 and supporting schedules (Schedule C, E) based on client documentation
• Assist with sales tax filings and multi-state compliance work
• Maintain client workpapers and intake questionnaires
• Support senior associates on FBAR, Form 8938, and other cross-border filings
• Track filing deadlines and flag delinquent or upcoming due dates

Requirements

• CA Inter, CA fresher, or commerce graduate with tax preparation exposure
• Willingness to learn US tax law and IRS procedures
• Comfortable working US hours overlap when needed
