Job Title: US Recruiter IT / Engineering / Healthcare / Non-IT (15 Years Experience) | 20 Openings

Location: Gwalior (On-site) / Remote (Work From Home Option Available)

Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday | Full-Time | Permanent


Position Overview

We are expanding our team and hiring 20 US Recruiters across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and Non-IT verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients across IT, Engineering, Healthcare, and Non-IT domains.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and communication.
  • Negotiate pay rates and terms with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and Work Visa holders.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, documentation, and US staffing standards.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure consistent delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 15 years in US Recruitment (IT / Engineering / Healthcare / Non-IT).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099), HR compliance, and pay structures.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Experience using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Technical Understanding: Awareness of common IT & Engineering technologies and Healthcare/Allied roles.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously and deliver high-quality profiles within deadlines.
