As a US Payroll - Sr Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Your contributions will be crucial in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making within our Finance practice. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

What You Must Have


  • Minimum graduate

  • At least 4-9 years of experience

  • Understanding multi-state taxation, tax payments/deposits, and year end reporting (W-2, W-2c, etc) as well as federal and state regulations;

  • Understanding daily payroll department operations and industry leading practices; and,

  • Accurately analyzing and reconciling payroll activity, identifying possible issues, making recommendations, and supporting conclusions;

  • Working knowledge of ADP and/or Workday and able to assist in maintaining vendor relationship;
