About the Role

PennyMac is hiring experienced US Mortgage Experts specializing in Origination Mortgage Live Underwriting. The role requires strong analytical ability, deep understanding of US mortgage processes, and capability to manage the end-to-end underwriting cycle with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle origination mortgage underwriting end-to-end
• Perform income calculation (mandatory skill)
• Review and validate credit reports
• Apply complete understanding of the 4 Cs of underwriting
• Ensure accuracy and compliance across all borrower documentation
• Act as a live underwriter supporting US mortgage operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 + years of experience in US mortgage underwriting (origination)
• Strong expertise in income assessment, credit analysis & mortgage fundamentals
• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Candidates from SIT Ace IMS, First Source, Modern Solutions, Crane Consulting preferred
• 90-day notice period acceptable; buyout option available
• Comfortable working in night shift
