Job summary

Mana Home Loans Hyderabad branch supports our US loan lifecycle and operates on a night shift aligned to US Central Time. The role offers exposure to loan setup, processing, underwriting support, and closing activities with close collaboration to our US team.

You will review borrower documents, manage the loan pipeline, and coordinate with third-party services to ensure accurate processing and timely disclosures during US business hours.

Qualifications

• 24 years of hands-on US residential mortgage operations experience.
• Working knowledge of US mortgage documents: URLA/1003, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, income and asset docs.
• Familiarity with the US loan lifecycle and TRID timelines.
• Experience with LOS platforms; UWM EASE portal experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and comfort working a fixed night shift (US Central hours).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new loan files in origination systems with data accuracy
• Review borrower documentation and prepare income calculation worksheets
• Order and track third-party services: title, appraisal, verifications, homeowners insurance
• Track underwriting conditions and coordinate with US team and lenders to clear them
• Prepare and track disclosure packages and monitor e-signature status
• Maintain loan pipeline updates and CRM hygiene
• Coordinate daily with US-based loan officers and processors during US business hours

What You'll Do

• Set up new loan files in our loan origination systems and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Review borrower documentation income (W-2s, paystubs, tax returns), assets, and credit and prepare income calculation worksheets
• Order and track third-party services: title, appraisal, verifications of employment, and homeowner's insurance
• Track underwriting conditions and work with our US team and wholesale lender portals to explicit them
• Prepare and track disclosure packages and monitor e-signature status
• Keep the loan pipeline updated: status changes, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene
• Coordinate daily with US-based loan officers and processors during US business hours

What You'll Bring

• 24 years of hands-on US residential mortgage operations experience (loan setup, processing, underwriting support, or closing support) at a lender, brokerage, or mortgage BPO/KPO
• Working knowledge of US mortgage documents: URLA/1003, Loan Estimate, Closing Disclosure, income and asset docs
• Familiarity with the US loan lifecycle and TRID timelines

• Excellent written and spoken English
