Job summary

PwC India Acceleration Center in Bengaluru seeks a Corporate Tax Associate to support client tax compliance and analyze local and overseas tax matters within Tax Services.

You’ll learn, contribute to project tasks, participate in training, and apply tax research in a fast-paced environment while handling data responsibly.

Qualifications

• Amended returns experience is an add on.
• Preparation of US Corporate, Operating Partnership tax returns (Form 1120 etc).
• Preparation and finalization of US Income Tax accounting and Compliance.
• Review and Filing of Corporation tax return.
• Self-review of deliverables before handing to supervisors.
• Use tax resources to enhance US tax knowledge.
• Participate in US Corporate Tax training modules.

As a Corporate Tax Associate you will support client tax compliance work, help analyze local and overseas tax matters, and contribute to business analysis, working capital, profit sharing, and transfer pricing considerations within our Tax Services practice. As an Associate you will focus on learning, contributing to project tasks, sharing feedback, collaborating with others, and building your technical skills while handling data and information responsibly. In this role at PwC, you will help clients improve their tax function, support tax strategy and compliance, and gain exposure to application support and tax issue research in a fast‑paced environment.
