Zohorecruit is seeking a Professor (Department) to organize the department, lead clinical and educational activities, and exhibit strong administrative skills.

The candidate must hold MD(Department), have three years teaching experience as Associate Professor in the specialty, and have two research publications. Daily rounds, OPD and ward teaching, and supervision of residents and students are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Recognized medical qualification, MD(Department).
• Three years teaching experience as Associate Professor in the concerned specialty in Medical College.
• Two research publications during the tenure of Associate Professor.

Aufgaben

• Daily rounds of all cases and instruction to staff nurses and paramedical workers.
• Teach in Outpatient Clinics and during Ward Rounds while managing patient care.
• Full-time unit management including training & supervision of Residents, Postgraduate and Undergraduate Students.
• Enhance quality of patient care through efficient health care delivery.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities for others to follow.
• Perform duties diligently and honestly.
• Carry out other duties assigned by higher authorities (Dean, Medical Superintendent, HoD).

• To make Daily Rounds of allthe cases admitted under his / her unit and give instructions to the StaffNurses and Paramedical Workers
  
• To take classes in Out patientClinics as well as during Ward Rounds while carrying out Patient Management
  
• Complete management of aFull-time Unit including training & supervision of Residents,Postgraduate and Undergraduate Students
  
• To perform all such duties toensure continued enhancement in the quality of patient care throughefficient Health care delivery system.
  
• To exhibit keen interest ,initiative & drive in the overall development of the Dept. and 'Leadership Qualities' for others to follow.
  
• He / She is expected toperform all the duties diligently with utmost sincerity and honesty. .
  
• Any other duty/task/workassigned by any higher authority like Dean, Medical Superintendent, Headof the Department from time to time; either in "Public Interest" or in theinterest of upkeep / development of the Department / Institutions. .
  

Requirements

• Professor: The candidates having arecognized Medical Qualification, MD(Department)

• Two Research Publication duringthe tenure of Associate Professor

All benefits for the various posts shall be: Professor ₹3.00lcsto ₹3.50lcs/month,
