A well-known firm is urgently hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to lead and support projects across Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules. You will provide functional expertise, participate in end-to-end implementations, and ensure client satisfaction. Urgently hiring Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant for well known firm in Mumbai,Bangalore,Gurugram.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to lead and support implementation, enhancement, and support projects across Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules. The role involves functional expertise, client advisory, and delivering end-to-end SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM

Hands-on experience in 2-4 SCM modules, such as:

  • Inventory (INV)
  • Procurement (PO)
  • Purchasing
  • Self-Service Procurement (SSP)
  • Supplier Portal
  • Supplier Qualification
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Manufacturing (MFG) optional based on projects
  • Cost Management
  • Planning Modules (Demand/Supply) preferred
Project Implementation Activities
  • Lead/participate in end-to-end implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud.
  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare solution designs.
  • Configure modules, create setups, and manage configuration workbooks.
  • Prepare functional documents (BRD/MD50), test scenarios, and training material.
Testing, Integration & Data Migration
  • Execute SIT/UAT, manage testing cycles, and resolve defects.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud).
  • Support data migration using FBDI templates and validate migrated data.
Client Advisory & Support
  • Provide best-practice recommendations and support process optimization.
  • Handle change requests, enhancements, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and quality.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3- 10 years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes: procurement, inventory, logistics, sourcing, planning, and order management.
  • Minimum 1-2 Oracle Cloud SCM end-to-end implementations.
  • Experience with FBDI, OTBI, BIP, and integration touchpoints.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into functional requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BE / MBA (Operations / Supply Chain) or equivalent.
  • Oracle SCM Cloud certification.
  • Consulting experience (Big 4 or Tier-1/Tier-2 consulting firms).
