Job summary

Adecco India is recruiting an EHS Officer for site operations in Nashik. The role focuses on health, safety and environment inspections across construction projects for a multinational client.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Engineering degree with NEBOSH IGC or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety and has 5+ years of construction safety experience, capable of driving safety performance and compliance at multiple Nashik factory sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or engineering degree required with relevant safety qualifications.
• NEBOSH IGC or Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety is required or highly preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience and demonstrated safety program implementations.

Responsibilities

• HSE Compliance across sites and projects.
• Risk management and mitigation planning.
• Permit-to-Work management and regulatory adherence.
• HSE monitoring, inspections and reporting.
• Safety training and awareness programs for staff.
• Incident management and investigation.
