Job summary

Arise Solutions in India is hiring for an international customer support role. You will handle queries via chat and email, assist customers with orders, payments and returns, and handle other e-commerce concerns, primarily during US night shifts.

The ideal candidate should have 10th grade or higher (Diploma/12th/Graduate/Postgraduate) and strong communication skills, plus basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply; 5-day work week and no bond are offered.
