Job summary

Sigma Allied Services seeks an experienced .NET Core developer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications on Azure and on-premise. You will craft RESTful APIs, leverage Entity Framework with SQL Server, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and deliver robust solutions.

The role combines backend services with frontend work using React, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JS, emphasizing SOLID principles, security, and performance across cloud and edge environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with .NET Core and C# development.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with Azure.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with React and modern frontend tech (HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/JS).
• Ability to design scalable, secure applications following SOLID principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core applications on Azure and On Prem platforms.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure their integration with Azure cloud services.
• Develop and manage backend systems using Entity Framework, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define application requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Apply object-oriented principles to build modular, maintainable, and scalable software components.
• Develop user interfaces using modern web technologies like React, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security, leveraging Azure cloud services such as App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, App Insights, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.
• Write and optimize complex stored procedures and functions within SQL Server.
• Follow SOLID principles and design patterns to ensure high-quality code.
