About the Role
We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, closing activities, and statutory compliance.
Candidates with experience in the Energy, Power, or Renewable Energy sector and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting and reporting activities.
- Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including Ind AS / IFRS.
- Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor internal controls and support process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and management on financial planning and reporting.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 for accounting and financial operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 5-10 years of overall experience, preferably with 5-6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, and Closing Activities.
- Experience in the Energy, Power, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy sector will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Immediate joiners preferred
