Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Engineering, CS, IT, or related disciplines.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
• Create process diagrams and wireframes using documentation tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and development teams.
• Update and manage tasks in JIRA and support Agile ceremonies.
• Participate in UAT and validate developed features.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support our ERP implementation team. The selected candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, document business processes, support Agile project execution, and assist in testing and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.


• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.


• Create process diagrams and wireframes using documentation tools.


• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and development teams.


• Update and manage tasks in JIRA and support Agile ceremonies.


• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate developed features.


• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Required Skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.


• Exposure to JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.


• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.


• Immediate availability to join.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain.


• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


• Familiarity with Draw.io, Figma, Visio, or similar diagramming tools Eligibility


• Recent graduates or final-year students in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines.


• Candidates with internship or academic project experience in Business Analysis will have an added advantage.
