Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced University Alliances / Academic Partnerships professional who can build and manage strong relationships with colleges, universities, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) across India. The ideal candidate will have extensive connects within the academic ecosystem and a strong understanding of training, placement, and CSR-linked skilling programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and TPOs to drive training and placement initiatives.
• Create and execute a college outreach plan for student mobilization and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams for CSR and skilling project alignments with academic partners.
• Develop MOU’s and partnerships with institutions to enable project rollouts and student access.
• Maintain and update a central database of TPO connects, placement data, and partner institutions.
• Represent GTT Foundation in academic summits, job fairs, and CSR events to strengthen brand visibility.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines, data accuracy, and outcomes.
• Identify and onboard new academic partners across regions, focusing on expansion in Rest of India cities.
