Job summary

GIPS Consultancy is seeking candidates for roles making agents and advisors on a commission basis to drive SME sales across health, property, motor and General Insurance products. The role focuses on achieving product-wise volume and value targets in the assigned area, with sales experience from BFSI, telecom, pharma and related sectors preferred.

Ideal candidates have 4-10 years of sales experience, and are ready to work on a commission-based incentive structure within the SME segment.
