Educational Qualification

• Assistant Review Officer: Bachelor’s degree + 1‑year computer course or Bachelor's in Computer Science.

• Assistant Superintendent: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology + 1‑year administrative experience in a government/voluntary organization.
• Patwari/Lekhpal: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Assistant Receptionist: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent.

Physical Standards (Patwari/Lekhpal)

• Height: Male 168 cm (163 cm for hill region); Female 152 cm (147 cm for hill region).
• Chest (Male): 84 cm with 5 cm expansion.
• Weight (Female): Minimum 45 kg.

Physical Efficiency Test (Patwari/Lekhpal)

• Male: 7 km in 60 minutes.
• Female: 3.5 km in 35 minutes.

Preferential Qualifications (for all posts)

• Two years of service in the Territorial Army.

Training (Patwari/Lekhpal)

• Mandatory 2‑year training at the candidate’s expense post‑selection.
