In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows across enterprise environments while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end RBA solutions using UiPath (REFramework is a must)
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to gather requirements and perform process assessments
• Build reusable components, custom activities, and automation workflows
• Implement best practices in error handling, logging, exception management, and process optimization
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support UAT/production deployments
• Integrate RBA bots with APIs, databases (SQL), OCR tools (Abbyy/Google/UiPath Document Understanding), and other enterprise systems
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and participate in bot monitoring & enhancement

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in Robotic Process Automation using UiPath
• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (strongly preferred)
• Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Queues, and Attended/Unattended bots
• Proficiency in VB.NET / C# (for custom activities when needed)
• Experience with UiPath Document Understanding, AI Fabric, and Action Center is a big plus
• Good understanding of SQL queries and database connectivity
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira/Confluence
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
